How to combine culture, gastronomy and travels ?

Following a surname history, and the facts around the Middle Ages in Europe (France, UK & Spain), we will find out places with character, pleasant routes ( full of good wines, and meals) and an alternative way of spending those needed holidays

The Hundred Years War, and its export to the Iberian Paeninsula –Castillia- as a dynastic civil war (Pedro I, and Enrique II), will bring us to the South of England (Dorset), Normandy, south-west of France, St James of Compostela way, Seville, and Carmona. All these ways have a spiritual unity; as spirits (wine, cyder, calvados), and as gastronomy, that will season its historic contents, making us think that the monuments stones can be tasty.
